We will again request that all unauthorized photos of students be returned to parents.
We will again request the termination of this individual.
We will again request the resignations of those who failed repeatedly to fulfill their duty to protect students and staff at SVHS.

HI,
I am not in your school system. I came from a "linked" site. I find your site interesting but have a few questions for you. Why isn't/wasn't he terminated? Is he well connected? If a termination is all you want and you do have real proof then I would suggest that their is a bigger reason why he's not terminated. Does he know something damaging? I am jaded. I have older children and have done the whole "scene." Perhaps, your "investigaton" should look a little deeper into the operation of your county school board and super. What is the saying..."Follow the money..." Just a thought and really none of my business.

The meeting was actually at Spring Valley High School.

He was not terminated over a span of years, although multiple & varied infractions indicated this was the appropriate and required action, because he is the son of a long-time Board of Education member and this member and the current Superintendent of Schools intervened on his behalf over and over to prevent any such action.
There is definitely much "known" and hence, leverage used. You are right. It is indeed much deeper and wider and troubling and as regards the Board of Ed and the Super, it is indeed a "follow the money" situation that is so massive it is beyond belief.
It is a sad commentary that you obviously have had similar experiences as regards your interaction with the school system wherever that may be. I think a lot of us have also become jaded over the years, and a few other adjectives. It seems to be same story, different day or same story, different place.
Definitely a sad commentary on what the educational process has become infested with.
